MBK is a great company to work for. As an Executive Director they give me complete autonomy and support in my day to day. MBK does not skimp on quality and needs. They put their money where their mouth is and ensure their communities, staff, and residents are cared for.

Cons

They are still a small and growing company. Like any small and growing company we experience some of the growing pains that come along. Fortunately they make a concerted effort to ensure they never make a mistake twice and are preventive in their approach.

The leadership team really cares about its Team Members. The culture is great and the company is growing. MBK was recently certified as a "Great Place to Work" and it shows in the way they treat their Team Members and how they support their local communities through what they call Yoi Shigoto or "The Good Work". Great Company!!
