Pros

benefits - PTO, health insurance paid, kitchen full of free food the environment is very fostering of a good relationship with your coworkers.

Cons

everything is critical - everything is high priority. setting customer expectations is non-existent.

Over the past few years, we have become much more proactive with communication, capacity & planning efforts and setting client expectations. We have also been focusing on our culture and improving employee engagement --- achieving excellent results. Over the past nine years, MBMS has been awarded a "Best Companies to Work for in New York (Small/Medium)" six times by the The New York State Society for Human Resource Management.

Our inbound support calls are extremely low, with only a handful a day that are handled across dozens of employees. We have no outbound calls at all. This post is not legit...
