Welcoming environment with a lack of impetus

Pros

The employees are all friendly and generally welcoming people. MBMS provides a kitchen stocked with drinks, snacks (oatmeal, yogurt, chips) and coffee/tea all for free. The talent and intelligence level at MBMS is quite high and makes it a pleasurable environment to work in.

Cons

There's a lack of drive and determined focus to achieve more. For such a small company they are strangely slow to adapt and implement sound changes.

In 2018, we have taken measures to become more lean and agile in our approach to our structures, coaching our team members and servicing our clients. Feedback loops have shown that our efforts are having a big impact in creating more engagement and higher customer satisfaction.

Pros

Interesting, tough work. Clients are generally nice. Benefits are really great. Coworkers are fun, and generally there isn't a lot of drama.

Cons

Always on - you're expected to check emails at almost any time. Overly aggressive timelines and sometimes short noticemail on travels.

Pros

The PTO is an acceptable plus.

Cons

Leadership needs to be better. They are not kind in any way and can be mean if your production is not met. Training....very little training.
