Pros

A lot of work so you won't ever run out or get bored.

Cons

Worst health insurance and they do not take their employees seriously when it comes to employees having trouble with others in the work place. I just got yelled at and then dismissed like a dog.

Our benefits are both generous and competitive in the market. We have a flexible spend so employees can pick where to invest their benefit dollars. This review does not seem legit.

Pros

Location and training were top-notch. Considering that MBMS provides software for mortgage banking, they are aware of the amount of training most people require.

Cons

Employee turnover was high. I think many of them felt that the company was a stopping point for three to five years experience.
