      I have been looking for several years to find a work environment that fosters an atmosphere of teamwork, caring for your peers, giving you the opportunity and support to be successful, making you feel like you matter and a sense of community. I have found that at mcaConnect. From the ease of the interview process through the first day walking in the door everyone has made me feel welcomed and that they are really excited that I am here. I am very thankful for the opportunity that the mcaConnect team has given me! And a big SHOUT-OUT to the mcaConnect Recruiters for reaching out to me and letting me know about the opportunities with this awesome company and guiding me thru the process!

      Working remote from the rest of my team that is in Houston can be a challenge at times but the team is working hard to overcome these challenges.

      Pros

      After having spent 13 years with a previous IT company, I never thought I would find a place that was as comfortable to work at as my former employer. It turns out that mcaConnect is that place; it feels like a 2nd home. Employees are first class in both skills and professionalism. Management is approachable and offers rational guidance. It's a great company to work for and I am appreciative of the opportunity I have here.

      Cons

      Growth is explosive (if that can be a "con"). Occasionally demand for productivity outstrips resource availability. These problems are short lived, and bearable if one has the patience.

      The best thing working at mcaConnect as a college graduate is that they provide exceptional training program that helps you learn all technical skills required for development in Dynamics AX. The training involves hands on experience with the real projects from the clients, and with the help from the manager. This way ensures you have the real world experience at the very early stage, which is important for a college graduate. The technical team have a quite comfortable environment and are always there for help.

      Dynamcis AX requires deep technical background and strong problem solving skills
