Good teamwork with consultants and developers.

Cons

Micromanaging. Stressful and long hours. They want perfection, they don’t support getting you there. One mishap and you are out. If you are not in the clique you will not get supported, you get escorted.

Cons

Corporate culture on decline since company bought by private equity. Now overly focused on hitting high billing targets despite not having the pipeline to back that up. Problematic employees are protected if they are highly billable. Severe alcoholic culture across management.
