- Only caring about the billable hours. - Poor managers with little experience on how to manage and lead. If you are not in the clique, you will not find support. - No one is listening to your observations. - Can get laid off immediately at any time without any prior notice.

Advancement forces you into people management yielding poor people managers. Billable hours are important, managers will take your client assignment if they need the hours.
