      Pros

      Full time hours with average work from home pay for customer service ($12.00). Job was very easy with hardly any calls at all.

      Cons

      Company was very disorganized and seemed to be hanging on by the skin of its teeth to get contracts. Ended up having a federal contract pulled because of lack of call volume and was essentially laid off without being told.
