Pros

Awesome friendly staff! Plus the employee benefits are pretty cool. On top of that I thought I'd be utilizing my own equipment for the job. But luckily, they sent me everything I'd need to succeed in this position!

Cons

Pay could be a bit better. But doable, in this economy as we know it.

On a positive note, I must mention that the staff at MCI Telecommunications is genuinely kind and caring. They demonstrate a genuine concern for the well-being of employees and try to mitigate some of the challenges by offering incentives to enhance the overall work experience.
