      no 401 K can be a stressful work enviroment if you're not used to call centers

      Pros

      Our industry requires a lot of urgency, and we work together to accomplish our goals. Our senior leadership team is focused on keeping the employees happy along with growing the business which will provide new opportunities for those with unused talents to get involved. Our insurance benefits have been customized so each tier of employee can find what works best for them. Our paid time off and wage increase incentives are organized in a fashion that supports those that are in it for the long haul.
