Pros

The reason I like TMone is the model is based on pure upside - meaning you get your base pay but if you can sell and have good quality the upside compensation and recognition is great.

Cons

TMone does have some challenges but nobody said sales is easy.

really good bonuses for hitting your targets, great people to work with, a fun environment. If you are good at your job you will be able to advance and keep advancing as long as you do well. TMone offers affordable group health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Cons

the only con is that there is no 401k or retirement option, other than that the management staff is friendly and easy to work with, the culture is a winning culture, it is highly competitive and those who perform the best make the most money and are able to advance.
