      Enjoy being able to be heard from all levels of managment, no ivory tower to contend with and the execs actually treat everyone like real valued people! Always looking for the next move forward and never give up when obstacles head our way!

      TMone is a great company to work for if you are looking to climb the ladder. They have had consistent growth for years and are in great need of talented agents and management. I have increased my salary every year working hear and while there are challenges with any growing company this is an opportunity for driven individuals to have a huge impact on the organization and in their careers.

      Great benefits and they try to make it a fun place to work. Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits are affordable.

      Cons

      demanding and disorganized. poor vacation. they almost act like they are doing you a favor when you take vacation after earning it.
