      Pros

      It's a job that's all.

      Cons

      Very little pay, no raises, bonuses are impossible to reach, have to use your break time to go to the restroom, have to make up holidays even when the office is closed, hardly ever offer overtime, management forgets everything you ask them to do or to find out for you.

      Pros

      Decent Pay if just starting out, remote calls with some downtime to work on other things around the house. Build your own schedule, work your own hours you determined.

      Cons

      When it's busy, it's BUSY. Calls can come in non stop, or you won't get any for a few hours. Depends on the day and time you work.
