Stressful at times! But what job is not! Wish they had 401 kind hours we work throw the work and family life off!

Pros

Mass Markets provides a motivating environment that is filled with learning opportunities, top notch competition and in many cases, unlimited earning potential. Every level of management is focused on growing their people and providing them with a career path that fits. Mass Markets will never lose the sense of family that they have worked hard to maintain and that is really what sets them apart from the competition.

Cons

I wouldn't say that flexibility is a con.
