Pros

Can't really think of any. Really disliked it there.

Cons

The staff can be nice but they can be bullies also I felt like I was being picked on sometimes. The training is terrible you just take notes I don't know about anyone else but I'm a visual learner I have to actually do it to know what I'm doing is right. And the training is just a joke they just put you in a room for 8 hours a day for 3 weeks then throw you on the phone to the wolves its just bad training and the trainer just got so side tracked all the time I learned nothing because she would finish her stories then we would have to rush to get through everything and it just got jumbled together.

We completely understand and appreciate your feedback. In turn over the past several months, we added additional training support and additional on the floor support to help employees learn by doing.

Pros

Fellow employees - not management - are very good people and very helpful. Training was good but minimal.

Cons

This is a sales job that is advertised and sold to potential employees as a customer service job. The job does include outbound calling and telemarketing. Management doesn't care about customers problems or concerns, they are only concerned with sales quotas. Supervisors only care about their cut on commissions, and treat employees as if they were children not adults.

We completely understand. We had found that other employees felt similarly. In turn, we updated recruiting process to make sure applicants have a better understanding of the various different Account Manager positions and what they entail. We also added additional new hire training and on the job to improve knowledge.

Pros

They offered good perks. I was working a normal shift and got full time hours. The checks were on time and for the correct amount. The company brass take a hands on approach. They offer a generous attendance bonus.

Cons

No paid breaks or lunches. The job was an extremely high pressure atmosphere, A high level supervisor held a meeting where obscenities and insults were screamed at the entire team. Team members who regularly hit the attendance bonus times would be sent home early for even the slightest error.

Working long hours myself, I can’t say that I witness others regularly getting sent home early. However, your feedback is important and indicates to me that there could be some improvements here. I will roll this over to our managers so they can have this insight. Furthermore, I invite anyone with concerns to express those concerns to to any member of management. You're certainly also able to express those concerns anonymously to via our employee voice on the company intranet, if that’s preferred.
