      Pros

      Great environment; everyone seems passionate and vested in their work and in the mission of the company. Good opportunity for growth within the company as well.

      Cons

      A demanding schedule as expected with a startup, yet it is offset by the many great people working alongside you.

      Fast paced, high energy, fun/smart workforce, cool workplace/environment. Feels good to be contributing to changing patient's lives.

      Long work hours, but to be expected in a start-up environment.

      Pros

      The people...there are a ton of intelligent, hardworking employees who work at this company; unfortunately, they are overworked and undervalued.

      Cons

      This company may look great on the outside but if you are considering joining this company, remember to ask a lot of questions during your interview. The culture is one of fear, intimidation and burn out. No work/life balance and no respect for personal boundaries. Honestly, one of the worst companies I've ever worked for.
