The CEO is volatile, a bully and extremely unprofessional. He makes inappropriate comments. He likes to compare himself to Steve Jobs or Tim Cook from a genius perspective. Quite delusional. True leadership is lacking as a whole at the executive level. They are yes people to the CEO and the culture is fear based.
The turnover in the organization is quite staggering. There is a lack of education and training. There are a lot of people in positions who have no idea what they are doing or people who are in leadership roles and have no business being in those roles.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked in my entire career. They like to appear nice and shiny on the outside but on the inside are truly rusty and broken.
The end game for this company is that they are hoping someone will come along and purchase them so their stock options are worth something and hope to become millionaires. It's not about revolutionizing healthcare as their name would appear, which is unfortunate, because we truly need a revolution in healthcare.
