A Place Where You Can Change The World!

Pros

MD Revolution's (MDR) vision is to transform medicine to a focus on health and value. Today most of our county's efforts are focused on taking care of people when they get sick. MD Revolution wants to change this mindset and help people to get and stay healthy. We have created a software platform that allows a care manager to create a relationship in a high touch, low cost way with thousands of patients. This ability to "spread health" across a large population is the key to make the world a healthier place. Today, MDR is focused on the Medicare (over 65 years of age) population and making a real difference. Patients are lowering their blood pressure, blood sugar and BMI without any additional medications! There is an amazing energy in the company around executing on this vision. People work really hard, but also have lots of fun together. It is a great place to work for people that want to make a difference and love to solve problem!

Cons

Not really any cons. But if you want to just coast and not work hard, MD Revolution is not the place for you. Making a true difference and changing the world takes a lot of hard work, but it is very rewarding for those that have the passion and drive. The people making a difference are rewarded very well with salary and stock options.

Not What it Seems

Pros

The people...there are a ton of intelligent, hardworking employees who work at this company; unfortunately, they are overworked and undervalued.

Cons

This company may look great on the outside but if you are considering joining this company, remember to ask a lot of questions during your interview. The culture is one of fear, intimidation and burn out. No work/life balance and no respect for personal boundaries. Honestly, one of the worst companies I've ever worked for.

Pros

Cool concept that does work to improve health. Learned how not to lead people and to ask better questions in the interview process - these learning's are good in life.

Cons

CEO is the problem, no idea what he wants to do - even those close to him do not believe. Massive turn and burn culture.
