      No advancement opportunities/poor management

      Pros

      After the merge from Navcare, I was able to Work from home.

      Cons

      Merged with MDrevolution from Navcare after a year. Was terminated after 3 months with MDrevolution along with half of my fellow coworkers that merged because we were told that our job positions were no longer needed. Terminated 2 weeks before Christmas.

      Pros

      The company remains dynamic and exciting, with wonderful team members. There has been substantial growth and advancement in less than one year. It has gone beyond simple potential as a start-up to now being the company for healthcare delivery and revolutionizing medicine. I am proud to be a member of this team.

      Cons

      The company puts a lot of weight into the right fit. You must remain highly flexible in time available, willingness to act beyond your job description, and adapt to regular organizational changes as the company grows.

This is what attracted me to my position. Wonderful group of professional individuals to work with and a positive work environment. Great opportunity to be a part of an organization revolutionizing the future of healthcare.

      The work environment is fast-paced and ever-changing. You must be willing to evolve with the company and its constant shift in needs.
