      The actual job itself was rewarding as I loved helping injured workers receive the compensation they deserved

      Cons

      My manager was extremely negative and critical of me. He never gave me helpful advice and kept telling me I wasn’t the right fit for the job after only 2 months. It got so bad I got anxiety attacks just being around him.

      Memic has a tendency to placate employees. Current management are highly inexperienced and it’s still an ole boys and girls club

      Pay Check, personal feeling you have a positive impact.

      All it takes is one bad egg to ruin the office team spirit and are so out for their own gain they lie about fellow employees to the extent they are “let go”

We feel that MEMIC has a world-class workforce and that our employees are talented, passionate, eager to learn and innovative. We do encourage any disagreements and concerns to be addressed timely whether with the individual, the employee’s manager or through our grievance process in order to preserve our open communication being fostered throughout the enterprise.
