Pros

Great people to work with. Laid back setting. Supervisor's are great in the department where I was working (glass room). Good pay for the area. Good benefits and 401K plan.

Cons

If you want first shift most of the time you won't get it right away you have to prove yourself on night shift. There are some day shifts but most of the workers with seniority get them first. Very hot inside no AC so when its 98 outside its 100+ inside.

the hours are steady and you work 8 hours a day for 5 days a week and have weekends free

Cons

the work is monotonous it is not the most fun job

Great people to work with; very friendly and willing to teach you; plenty of hours (60+) during the busy season (summer) so checks are fattened with overtime.

Cons

Typical factory work: no climate control so you feel the temperature extremes; spending all day walking on concrete floors takes a toll on your feet, legs, and back; tedious work.
