Pros

The people I worked with were great. I also enjoyed the laid back environment compared to a corporate setting.

Cons

The lack of communication between corporate and the plant(s).

Decent pay. Very long hours.

Pros

Half decent pay. After 720 hours, get a couple vacation days. Closer to home. Opportunity for overtime pay. Treated decent.

Cons

Very hot. Long hours. Weird shifts. No chance for advancement. Supervisors look down upon you. Takes awhile to get a raise. Quantity over quality.

Great place to work in the area.

Pros

Your not going to make what MI pays in this area, especially without any post education.

Cons

You are looked down upon if you ask to be dismissed from any overtime (which is usually scheduled that day) You never know when you are getting off work due to overtime.
