Company has some decent products but is very fragmented.
Cons
Where to begin: Poor upper management and direction of the company, middle managers are often lifers who have no where else to go and perpetuates the good ol boys network. Lifecycle of products is slow and often not really battle tested before being pushed out the to salesforce. CRM is a joke. No effective central marketing or solutions group....every man for himself. The resources they use internally do not match the expectations that the company puts out to its own customers. If they expect customers to buy the highest quality product out there, should that same philosophy follow internally as well? Ultimately, unless this is an initial stepping stone to a better place, don't bother.
