Good solutions with an "ERP concept solution" Established and recognized company over the world Very profitable company Salary is average Low pressure Good work-life balance

Cons

Executive and Senior Management live in an ivory tower. "We power the hospitality industry!" Very poor client services values Softwares adapted to a certain market (US) and too complicated to use for the industry they are addressing to (design and usability) Poor long term vision due to lake of engagement in the SaaS model Opaque communication (from US to EU, from EU to subsidiary, from Senior Mgt to employees), the worst is when it is a matter of products and services information... Very poor internal tools to help structure the company and avoid the terrible administrative mess Very reluctant to the change Closed minded people working in the company since years and locking any changes to enhance the way everything is done it's like you were saying people you met extraterrestrial life...

No work/life balance, No raises

They can't really lay anyone off since we're below skeleton crew. Also you don't need to worry about trying very hard since raises and bonuses are canceled indefinitely, just make sure you're at your desk prior to 8 and after 5 and you should be good. Plus since we've lost so many people management is pretty scared of the employees at this point, which I guess is a pro, I don't even really know anymore.

Cons

Just about everything. There's no work/life balance here, flex time would mean employees would take full advantage of the company and steal company resources. Those that have been here long enough have bought into the system fully a la Stockholm Syndrome and agree that employees are lazy and greedy. The newbies that are coming on are becoming unhappy almost immediately. The whole thing is just an absolute mess.
