Its great when you are looking for a flexible schedule and weekends off. You get more freedom than most places as long as you produce.

Cons

Information so you can learn and grow is not easily obtained. Management structure is poor. You get lost in the size of the company. If you are out in the field and need help depending on the time you might be stuck.

Lack of promotion. Lack of raises - No raises since 2008 for any employee in support. Understaffed. Stressed environment. Low morale. Upset customers. Lack of praise when you do good and no compensation for it. Management hardly ever helps with your case work. Management expects you to do other employees work, because the other employees decide to be lazy.
