Cons

You can get bored QUICK. Advancement is new job title and not much of a salary increase (they don't pay much either) or new challenges

mid-management willing to hear new ideas and make changes. Some very smart people working there in the tech dept.

Cons

Upper mgmt doesn't know anything about tech. CFO manages via spreadsheet and formula. Account services has no idea what is going on with tech - they only know traditional media.
