management talk to you like you're an idiot and expect you to put up with it, then cry that they cant keep anyone hired on. one manager in particular BRYCE likes to frequently vacation in vegas and hawaii and then brag to his minimum wage earning employees about it, cool for you bro I am on food stamps and will never own a home. Also let a heroin addict (sorry, I meant *manager) get away with verbally abusing employees and would frequently talk badly about the other stores and share private information about other employees.

The people are ok and you get free pizza.

Cons

They overwork part-time employees, especially students. If you are in college, beware. Corporate sucks and doesn’t understand how the store works, all their changes make it harder to work the line and leave customers upset. They will force you to stay til 3am and close the whole store with only one other person. They also forced us to work with a broken AC in the summer for weeks. With the brick oven it was over 100 degrees in the building and two of my coworkers got sick, one fainted. Over half the leaders quit at my time working here, and instead of changing us to a training location, corporate forced us to start taking online orders as well, and this was at the height of the pandemic, causing there to be maybe 65+ people in our tiny store, many of them yelling at us. Truly incompetent leadership, horribly hard work. This place sucks.

Pros

Good place to get started in a career... Just don't get stuck there for more than 2 years. Great people, for the most part, that's what a lot of people end up staying for. Good place to get a job you're totally underqualified for, which is awesome if you're good at teaching yourself 100% of a new job but also, obviously, overwhelming.

Cons

Everyone I know who's worked here for any period of time has had their mental health absolutely wrecked by this place, every team is understaffed heavily except for a few chosen ones. on most teams, employee to support staff ratios are at best like 25% of industry average.
