Pros

Good health insurance with decent rates

Cons

They try to sell you on the value you’re getting is to be a part of something great. They take the stories of employees they “saved” from their circumstances to convince you that you’re a part of something good. But the reality is that their whole idea “we aren’t just another pizza place” is dead wrong. They are just another pizza place. So if you cut out the PR nonsense and the emotionally manipulative stories of their photo walls or Daniel it’s just under paid and over worked. They cut their labor model in an attempts to sell the company. I had over 300 hours of pto I could never touch and it got to a point where my doctor almost served the company a letter demanding immediate full paid leave for a year. There are jobs easier and pay more. The restaurant next door to mine offered almost twice my salary and for a fraction of the work.

Pros

benefits for part - time sick time for part time employees flexible schedule with opportunities to pickup shifts

Cons

toxic work culture (work until you cant anymore) poor communication from district to store level poor management from district level on up. If you're lucky you get a great store manager unsanitary practices are not frowned upon, Ive seen many squad members regularly neglect the local county health code and when I brought those concerns to my manager I was shrugged off the constant need to have all stores open come hell or high water even if the store is understaffed. I worked many 6 day weeks without the slightest thanks or acknowledgement from my regional level manager who frequently visited our location.

Pros

- Easy opportunities for upward movement, extremely encouraged as well - Extremely inclusive and welcoming environment - Great values and morals - Clear standards and expectations - Opportunity to support great causes

Cons

- No support from upper management - Severe understaffing issues - ended up working overtime every week - Underpaid for the amount of work you put in in terms of industry standard (make almost $5 more at any other company for same amount of work) - Weird benefits program - enrollment periods only happen twice a year and must be meet minimum average hours within the time period to qualify (aka if you get promoted towards the end of an enrollment the period you won’t qualify until the next one over six months later) - Clearly do not listen or take into account what people actually working in the stores have to say about problems (basically did nothing about staffing shortage aside from hiring marketing - offered no support for stores with no staff, expected management from other stores to work at others in the district/just overworked management and staff)
