The staff and atmosphere are amazing! I love the laid back and casual working environment with personal attention to customers and staff!

Cons

It is the same thing every day. Most of the job is just repeating the same phrases “in your own way” and dealing with the same problems just different customers.

Great energy working with the staff. Customers are great. It’s fast place and to the point. We are all about individuality

Cons

Keeping up and staying consistent in a fast place environment was difficult but mod was all about growing and improving everyday which I definitely did

Pay. The people I work beside. But not the people I work for. Company got to big for its britches unfortunately.

Cons

Management. People who really deserve promotions don't get them. People are just giving their friends jobs. They talk a big talk.
