I love the concept of MOD. I like that there is always something to do whether its making pizzas or deep-cleaning. Great pay.

Cons

The company seems to have gotten stricter over the course of my employment. Long hours and little breaks.

Great pay as well as an environment of fun while making great food.

Cons

Because the pay is really competitive, there are not a lot of hours closer to the 40 hour work week. But, the pay compensates for the lack of hours.

Work with awesome people and enjoy the ability to make decisions and take care of our customers. I have a lot of respect for our management team, they care about the employees and have our back when we need help.

Cons

It can get very busy, you need to know the menu.
