      Pros

      Fair training and a good company to put on a resume while you are looking for a better job trying to leave MSC.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management that lacks leadership; always running to HR and corporate for fear they will get fired! For those people that won SID awards, this doesn't mean you can lead even though you might be good salespeople. This is a horrible place to work at. I hate it and I am looking for a new job.

      Turns out loyalty and performance don’t mean much

      Pros

      Historically solid performing company with loyal team members and strong direction. Company culture used to be it’s strong suit. Fair assessments and equal treatment.

      Cons

      Company culture - once it’s hallmark - changed drastically. Loyalty and sacrifice no longer valued. Despite ten + years of high performance and stellar reviews. Ethics are not highly valued. Despite working with HR extensively exceptions to core standards ignored if you were connected.
