Pros

The work is very rewarding. The benefits are great. The people care about what they do and this makes you feel like you are a part of a family. All in all, a very positive environment.

Cons

The pay is on the lower side, but it is a non-profit company. So, it really isn't bad at all.

20 days PTO, recognized holidays, healthcare

Cons

Ineffective leadership at multiple levels, Forced to use 10 days of PTO for shutdown every year. Nepotism is apparent throughout. Little to no recognition for employees who go above and beyond. No corrections to employees who slack/dont care, forcing the good employees to pick up the slack and become burned out. Pay is laughable for legacy employees, 15 year veterans making $10K less than new hires are told "theres nothing we can do". General dismissiveness towards techs/any lower level employees. When confronted with low pay talks the CEO went on stage to say "If you're here for the money, find a new job"
