MTF is an organization with strong values and a real, measurable, core purpose: We save & heal lives. The benefits are fantastic, the senior management team truly cares about people and goes through great lengths to make every voice heard. I have been with the organization for over 20 years and work with many who can say the same. MTF encourages growth through training and tuition reimbursement and promotes from within in most cases.

Cons

MTF is a heavily regulated, quality driven organization. To someone coming from other sectors, it might seem like it takes too long to implement process changes, however, MTF will always put safety and quality above all else (a pro in my mind.)

How does one sum up over a decade of incredible work experience? MTF is simply a stellar place to work! I refer to MTF as my anchor – a place where I can go to contribute to a beautiful mission of saving and healing lives regardless of what may be happening in the outside world. The CEO is one of the nicest people you will meet who truly cares about employee well-being, honoring the donated gift, and serving the community. The leadership team is quite inspirational and provides employees with routine updates on the health of the organization. I would highly recommend MTF to anyone who is seeking to make a difference in other people’s lives. I am sure MTF will make a difference in yours like it did in mine.
