Pros

The company itself is good, they have good intentions and treat employees relatively well and the benefits packages are decent.

Cons

Pay grade is very low for the area, mostly because it is a nonprofit organization. You can find similar positions nearby for nearly twice the salary. People who have been working there for 10+ years make livable salaries but many starting salaries are not sustainable.
