I enjoyed my time here immensely. Fair pay, kind co-workers, remote options helpful for work life balance.

Cons

Silo type environment made collaboration difficult at times. Some of the sales leadership was ineffective, but C suite never addressed the issues.

Great company culture, supportive leadership. Non-profit mindset with focus on doing what is best for patients, providers, and healthcare facilities.

Cons

Tissue industry is volatile and competitive & MTF pricing cannot compete with other wound tissue portfolios with lower costs.
