Leadership invests in technology, and continuous improvement. The teams are collaborative, and there’s a strong sense of purpose across the organization. If you want to work somewhere where your contributions truly matter, MTF is a fantastic place.

Cons

Like many established organizations, there are legacy processes and systems still being modernized. The good news is leadership is actively investing in upgrades and improvements.

Leadership is visionary and genuinely cares about those we serve and the employees who make our mission possible. Collaboration is strong, and it’s rare to find a workplace where you feel supported, appreciated, and inspired every day.

Cons

As with many nonprofits, there can be moments when resources feel stretched. But the passion and commitment across the organization more than make up for it.
