Pros
I have been here for most of the companies growth and have experienced changes (Some good some bad) & very rapid growth because of the capital raised. I have read through the reviews on here and disagree with most and agree with some. I do know that starting a company isn't easy and know it is very hard work (that's why I haven't done it personally). Good job for weeding out the questionable guys because the hard working ones like us do better without them even if they leave you bad/crazy reviews like they have on here. I have made 2 changes in the company already and feel there is more opportunity. They do offer paid time off so that is nice for me to have some free days.
Cons
Taking so long to get rid of some of the "Diva" employees. Health insurance would be nice to have but I understand that not all small companies can do it.
