Poor and lack of leadership and no concrete career path. There is no process in most departments ran by department heads who are either 1. Corrupt 2. Unqualified for their bloated job title 3. Unprofessional. Good hardworking employees get no support from management and get passed over for promotion all the time. Meanwhile a few favorite employees get favored are promoted eventhough they clearly do not deserve to be promoted and unqualified for their basic reaponsibilities.

Cliquey, poorly defined roles and responsibilities, lack of accountability, poorly managed timelines, incredibly biased promotion basis, blame culture and intimidating management style leading to fear and anxiety, little to no consideration of consumer preferences in development process.
