Good PTO, pay is OK

Cons

No training, bonuses offered then not given because management doesn’t want to pay you out, high stress levels, NO structure, high turn over for associates and managers. Huge mistake coming back to work for this company.

It's (slightly) better than being unemployed

Cons

I come from one of their companies that was bought out (Senior Whole Health) so my experience with Magellan has been limited- but I was hoping that with new management a new culture would emerge- but that has not been the case, That they have allowed the broken culture that they inherited at SWH to continue unchecked reflects poorly on them. While I can only speak directly for my department, I hear the rumblings everywhere. Never seen a place with morale as low, or where the employees are treated as badly by management on a consistent basis.

The core groups are great to work with. Telecommuting offered to some groups.

Cons

Management has bought into a misguided attempt at "progress" to shrink IT staff and outsource all applications to outside vendors. The CTO clearly has no idea of how to run a Healthcare business and management has consumed the kool aid. Horrible benefits, a sad irony.
