Pros
If the product is launched, it would be exciting to be a part of it. It has so many positive applications.
Cons
The back-stabbing, non-engineer employees having to deal with lack of proper tools and equipment to do their jobs because the company has no money in the budget for them - HUH!? Increases so low they are not worth the expense of processing them. Being misclassified so as to pay less in wages. Like another reviewer wrote, this was not the ML I signed up for.
