Gender biased, no equity in a growing company, poor benefits

* Stable company growth * Solid Client List * Multiple locations

Cons

* Inept middle managers. In my tenure, I only had one good director, my last one. * Lack of internal promotions to director level. Most were hired from outside, only a handful of internal promotions and they were all woman. In ten years, I should have seen at least one male be promoted to that level * Company is growing in double digits, yet no equity is shared with full time staff * Benefits are poor and over priced, no 401k Matching

Not The Best of Jobs for females

Pros

They have part time, full time, day, evening, and night shifts, very flexible for college students, high-school students, and parents or anyone with a second job. There's free hot chocolate and coffee, and a great game area to relax.

Cons

Not many females there so it was kind of a bummer being one of the only few there. The male employees are some what rude to the females and make vulgar sexual comments to them at times, management isn't very helpful when reporting it.

Pros

It was a job that offered short term stable employment.

Cons

No Paid Holidays (even though they promised them "coming soon"...) even if place of employment was closed. Very very bad Health Insurance that treats Psychiatric Care as "alternative medicine" instead of as "specialist". Non friendly policies toward employees with disabilities (e.g. does not stand up for employees with disabilities being mistreated by contract location). No opportunities for advancement.
