Pros

If you can find a person from the old Pro Unlimited that would be the only good thing left for you at Magnit. They are the only truthful people there that will actually provide service.

Cons

Kevin ruined ProUnlimited. Workforce Logic is ok, but their processes and software are very bad and GRI is nowhere close to the same standard as PRO Unlimited. The leadership in the US for India COE is poor. You cannot trust or believe a word the COE leadership in the United States says.

It’s a job and a paycheck

Cons

Employees are underpaid, but management tries to convince you that they are getting paid at market rate. Promises get made to employees that are rarely seen to fruition. Extreme favoritism and lack of follow through from upper management. Constructive criticism is passive aggressively punished - sometimes to the point where it becomes such a toxic environment that the employee has to leave so that he/she can take care of himself/herself.

- Lack of career advancement/development guidance - No 401K matching - Mediocre healthcare coverage - Almost no company culture to speak of and no effort made to cultivate any
