      Terrible and Toxic Culture

      Pros

      Decent pay but there are not really any other pros

      Cons

      -Leadership is extremely toxic, I am not sure about everyone’s department but mine has a micromanager and our team is extremely afraid to speak up to them -You are also used as a scapegoat when something goes wrong even though the company as a whole is extremely disorganized -Unlimited PTO is basically non existent as it will get denied for any reason -There have been several mass layoffs to move jobs to India -If you don’t work 60+ hours you aren’t doing your job apparently -Overall not a great environment and has really taken a toll on my mental health

      Work life balance, work from home

      Cons

      Complete company restructure. Moving all their work over to India. Which would be great for expansion, but they’re using it as an excuse to eliminate roles here. Letting go of large numbers of hard working, dedicated, long time staff members who have been there longer than most of the executives and upper management. Really sad to see how much it’s changed since it rebranded.
