Pros

Work life balance is decent. Other than that it is getting harder and harder to find positives

Cons

- Gender inequality - Gender wage gap - Retaliation when issues are brought up - Growth opportunities. While the messaging is “preference to internal candidates” they do nothing to help you succeed and grow into higher level roles. Once you start you can’t get higher than a 10% salary increase. Which results in new hires with less experience coming in at higher salaries than tenured, loyal, deserving employees. - I could go on…. We used to be rated as Best Places to Work on Glassdoor. When we stopped getting that award the leadership took to the Great Place to Work recognition instead. Great Place to Work sends surveys to current employees only. Since you are filling these out on a company computer employee don’t trust that they are truly anonyms. It also factors in a “culture brief” into the scoring. Which of course is put together by leadership. So, to say it is slightly skewed is an understatement.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. PRO has a zero tolerance policy against discrimination and retaliation - all such complaints are followed up on diligently and we would like to ensure that your concerns are addressed appropriately as well. A few notes about your concerns: • PRO is proud to have a high representation of females in its workforce – majority of our workforce is women. We work hard to create an equitable and fair work culture by ensuring that our hiring and promotion criteria are objective. PRO is also launching unconscious bias trainings to increase awareness within the company. In addition, a D&I committee has been formed to identify gaps and address any systemic issues that might stand in the way of a positive, equitable culture. If you have concerns regarding a specific hiring or promotion decision, please reach out to HR so they can share details of those decisions. • The Great Place to Work certification is run by a third party and individual responses are not accessible to PRO in any way. The culture brief part has low weightage and a company cannot be certified unless the anonymous feedback provided by employees is positive. You are welcome to reach out to HR for any details of the certification. • Finally, growing from within is core at PRO - we track and take pride in internal promotions year over year. We are sorry that this has not been your experience and would like to work with you to understand the challenges further. We request that you reach out to someone you trust internally – either someone in your management chain or an HR individual, so we can work with you on the specific incidents and act accordingly.

Pros

Remote work available, unlimited PTO

Cons

Incredibly incompetent leadership who’s sole focus on prepping to be sold since they are backed by a private equity firm. They say anything in a sale and then walk things back, which puts people that are client facing, in a bad position to then walk things back with their clients. Leadership is not honest about the financial state of the company, or they wouldn’t have had 4 layoffs in 8 months. Even the new CEO came from their board, and she has the same agenda the last one did. It is very obvious based on what is determined as a priority by leadership, and ultimately makes for a very negative work environment.
