Experience different client's work cultures.

Cons

The benefits are terrible, and even my manager/client representative was incredibly unhappy with their offerings. They went through a few representatives and overworked them until they quit.

In comparison to most companies in the bay area, the work culture of this company is extremely poor. Unfortunately, there is nothing positive to say other than it's a job.

Cons

Lack of growth. Management is too worried about their jobs and are always appeasing their own superiors. Their superiors lack understanding of the infrastructures and process that goes into the department. Many things are asked to be done that are outside the scope. Because of this, a lot of stress is put on the actual labor workforce.

Pros

Great work life balance. Pay was good. Sometimes the manager will have your back. No day is the same.

Cons

Onsite management doesn't provide training. You are expected to figure it out by asking co-workers how they do stuff. Contradicting orders from managers make it hard to succeed. Managers have aggressive attitude towards suppliers and make them angry which directly affects the client.
