We hear you loud and clear on Parking and Health Insurance. We've been working on improving these every year since we began and they're tough things to tackle. But rest assured, we never just hit the "easy button" on them, and we spend weeks pouring over each years changes and tweaking the system to the employees advantage every time. If there's specific feedback you can give us, it might help us focus on what's important to you. And as far as supervisors, we agree. We're going through a growth period where we want to make sure we're doing exactly that for every team to make sure everyone has a role model and mentor that will help their career grow.

Pros

One thing I can say with confidence about Magnopus is that this is not a company that will stagnate and let technology pass it by. I've been in the industry for long enough to clearly see that this company thrives on the edge of technology. This may seem like a negative to some but the company is also smart enough to have a broad range of projects running concurrently, allowing them to explore and push the boundaries on some. This is a solid, creative company. I feel like some people don't understand the what it's like on the "other side". Magnopus gets projects done in a low stress environment with amazing efficiency and I feel like this is just the beginning.

Cons

This is still a relatively new company and they're still learning a lot about production and processes. Company size is also growing which is something they're learning to manage. That being said, they're still doing a great job, but I can see the tinkering that goes on trying to find the perfect formula. I have absolute faith that they'll find it.

Pros

The culture at Magnopus is really the selling point here. Everyone who works at this company genuinely wants to do great things for the future of entertainment and VR. Artists, engineers and production all seem united in this common goal, which makes coming to work exciting. It feels like you are a part of something really important. The co-founders are involved and work side by side in the office with employees to make sure that the work is getting done, but also that everyone is happy. It is a fast paced, technology focused start up, that has the vibe of Silicon Valley in the heart of downtown LA.

Cons

Magnopus is a startup that is growing exponentially, so it does have a few growing pains, namely space is tight, but it is something they are working on. New employees can be thrown into things without being given a lot of time for training.
