Bad upper management, cameras watching your every move for the upper management to come in and criticize each employee on once a month.

Pros

Good coworkers and even an amazing manager that make job somewhat bearable.

Cons

Owners don’t care about their employees and will give you hours based off performance making job super stressful. They also are super strict and will give you write ups if you ask another associate to cover your shift.
