-Minimum wage they will work you 6 hrs and give you a 10 min break and your not allowed to go outside on your break -30 min lunch if you ever get one -Not supposed to talk to other employees -Owner believes that if employees aren't regularly getting written up then they are getting away with murder. -Expect you to make so many sales a day -Bakersfield DM is a jerk -Hard to promote and if you do it will take a long time -Customers are rude...not really a skate shop more of a clothing shop for swag hags and bros -Expect you to be bubbly and loud otherwise they do not see you as valuable despite your sales -Try to keep everything a secret from staff
