Pros

Good discounts. Cool reps from other companies.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Favoritism. Sweatshop like atmosphere. No A/C or heat in warehouse so you are either sweating to death or burning up. Never allowed to talk unless it's about work. Poor wages and no health insurance. Very disorganized.

Company is growing at an alarming rate, You make connections when it comes to trying your hand at starting your on business. Family type of atmosphere.

Cons

The family atmosphere works both ways. You don't always get along with other employees, Management doesn't always condone or maintain professionalism. most days, your stuck just tagging product. Nothing more.
