Great people to work with Work around school schedule Easy if you just follow rules/policies Discounts Learn social skills HR/District Manager is helpful to issues within the store Great place to gain general work experience

Cons

Need to be available Saturdays as a manager Black out periods during summer/holidays Won't work around any schedule when you are full-time Training new workers often because they leave/unreliable No holiday pay No cashing out on sick days (3 per year) No COVID pay No room to grow career wise Not the most flexible
